Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing PAWS FAMILY VETRENARY CLINIC . This policy outlines our terms regarding appointment cancellations and refunds for services provided.
1. Appointment Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice:
We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellation Fee:
If you cancel without providing the required notice, a cancellation fee of 50 AED may be charged.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you may be liable for the full service fee.
2. Refund Policy for Services
Non-Refundable Services:
Payments for services that have been rendered are non-refundable.
Excess Payment Credit:
Any payment made in excess of the service cost will be retained as a credit on your account. This credit can be applied to future veterinary visits for your pet(s) or any rescues you support.
No Cash Refunds:
Please note that we do not offer cash refunds or direct cash transfers for any unused credits. All excess funds remain as a credit for future services only.
3. Rescheduling Appointments
Rescheduling:
To reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduled appointments will adhere to the same cancellation policy, and any applicable credit or fees will remain in effect.
4. Policy Exceptions
Clinic-Initiated Cancellations:
In the event that an appointment is canceled or rescheduled by our clinic, we will offer a refund or account credit, subject to your preference and our scheduling availability.
Case-by-Case Consideration:
Any exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
